Life Coaching aims to draw out a person's potential rather than imposing the agenda or will of outside sources. If I do my job right, my Life Coaching will be a form of change facilitation- allowing for a personal transition on an individual basis.
Professional Life Coaching is a partnership toward your personal fulfillment. Clients develop a clear self-awareness of their goals, put a plan of action in place and dramatically improve the quality of their lives.
Clients direct the focus of the conversation while I listen and contribute strategically to provide clarity and challenge you to move forward with your plan. Clients tend to make progress when they stay positive, remain focused and become aware of the options in front of them. Coaching is a way of getting from where you are to where you want to be.
The International Coaching Federation defines Life Coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential". I believe the client is the expert in his/her life and that I will support the delivery and transformation of the desired change in a nonjudgmental environment.
Coaching sessions are all about you and what you wish to achieve in your life. We will keep you focused on your strengths. We will give you strategies to work on your weaknesses. We will help you feel better about yourself and give you valuable feedback on your mindset and goals to support you in moving forward. The focus is on positive change: with the starting point being this is where i currently am and this is where i want to go.
